It took some time to find this handgun, as most places don't have them in stock. This gun is based on the CZ75 platform. It's easy to be accurate with this gun (if you're using basic handgun fundamentals). I shouldn't have waited so long to get one of these!
Also, I checked the Tristar Arms website (http://www.tristararms.com/products/semi-automatic-pistols/t-100-pistols/
) and found that the barrel on this handgun is actually 3.7" (I say in the video that I don't know if it's 3.9" or 3.7", because there are various resources that list both figures).

About the manually decocking seen in the video...this is just ONE of several ways of doing it, and it is a safe way. Note that there's always a chance of setting off a round while doing this. If you do not want any chance of this happening, you need to get a pistol with a decocker. This also pertains only to DA or DA/SA firearms (I would not do this with a 1911).
